Whether you come to us direct or if are referred via your insurance company there are just 10 easy steps to ensure your vehicle is repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible.
What happens next?
Step 1: We need to look at your car and assess the damage.
Step 2: If it is going to be repaired we will arrange any new parts your car needs.
Step 3: If you are using your Insurance we will arrange the paperwork with them and let you know anything you need to do.
Step 4: We will arrange to get your car to us and let you know in how many days you will get it back.
Step 5: If required we will arrange a replacement car for you while yours is with us.
Step 6: We will keep you informed while it’s being repaired either by text email or phone (whichever you prefer).
Step 7: We will repair the damage getting your car back to how it was.
Step 8: When it’s completed we will ask you to check it over and ensure you are satisfied with the work we have done for you.
Step 9: If you are happy we will ask you to pay anything that is due – either the bill or your Insurance excess.
Step 10: We will call you a few days after you have your car back to ensure everything is OK and ask you how about how we looked after you.
